How do I return or exchange my purchases?Boys and their Hardwear will take great care to ensure that we provide you with a high quality product and ensure you are happy with your purchase. So, if for some reason we get things wrong we will always do all we can to make it right. In the unlikely event that you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item please contact us at:

to organise a replacement for your purchase. We will accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to:

As soon as we receive the items back we will get the exchange organized and sent out to you. Please email us first to let us know that you wish to return the item stating the reason for the return at

When will my underwear be delivered?All items purchased within australia will be delivered by australia post. Which has a delivery estimate of 2-5 working days with regular post.
For our international customers boys and their hardwear also delivers worldwide via airmail within 5-14 working days . Please note all delivery days are calculated from the time your order is processed and can vary slightly due to matters outside of our control.
Be sure to check your local customs procedures regarding additional import duties and taxes, which may be due upon delivery. Any additional charges imposed by local legislation are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I look after my underwear?You can of course wash your Boys and their Hardwear underwear in the washing machine without too much worry, although we recommend that you don't wash them with anything sharp such as anything with a zip or buttons. Wash with other knit fabrics such as T shirts.
Due to the materials used in the production of your underwear, wash only in cold water. Wash inside out for maximum wear from your underwear. Ensure the garment is kept away from heat. No ironing. No dry-cleaning. Do not tumble dry.
